Reminds me of the experience I had at a serviced apartment in Bangalore. Someone, without fail, would start bit-torrenting at around 8pm every night, bringing the wireless AP to its knees. Needless to say, Skype calls with Waterloo were difficult. I may have attempted to masquerade as their device on the network to interrupt the fun, with debatable success…
